Seems like a good strategy, you just need to hit the enemy and kill them.
Gonna be honest.
I'm calling bs on the "rank is GM".
You can add me if you like :) If that is where you fail already, I am calling that you are probably one of the players that act like they were in a solo game.
It's not about matchmaking. Some you win, some you lose. It's about filtering players out that show no interest to play a part in a team in the competitive mode of a team based game.
Step 2: Vet the Players.
Step 3: Play the Game.
Comp Rule 1: Lose 2, Take a break.
This isnt just a Team oriented game issue. Any game with Multiplayer even if its PVE has this issue. MM can only go so far, so you need to midigate that by finding people who take it just as serious as you do. The Devs stance is to not be 100% competitive like Overwatch. Its why they refuse to do Role Que. IMHO i like that. I get to play how i want without restriction.
That ♥♥♥♥ will never happen, you have to filter them out yourselves... People can play one way one minute then change another. Your asking for the impossible.
Dev's have been trying to get rid of throwers for decades now with no success... Temp bans, only for them to come back with new accounts.
