5000 ping/100% packet loss issue, is there any way to fix?

Lately (a bit before last update) game started disconnecting me from internet while in game (disconnect icon, everyone runs in walls and other regular things that disconnect from internet does in online game), somehow I stop hearing teammates in discord too (i don`t have any issues with internet connection outside marvel rivals). Ingame network diagnostics shows connections error on every level and 5000 ping/100% packet loss. Is there any cure?

Already tried rebooting/updating LAN driver/reinstalling game/turning off antivirus/firewall/inserting dns server adress to ipv4 (something that most guides suggested)/rebooting router and activating vpn, nothing helped
