Can't limit FPS with FSR 3 frame gen turned on

Before the update, I could limit my FPS with FSR 3 frame gen turned on, but now it doesn't work, in fact it will be greyed out if you turn FSR 3 turned on and it was showing fake data. Let us say I locked at 120 fps before, it will show 120 after update in in-game FPS meter, but the game was running at 'unlimited'.

It seemed to work for now, but so much hassle, before we could just do it in game itself
