Post 1.5 Update stuttering

Despite the settings being the same and altering them every which way, approximately every 19 seconds there's a stutter/microfreeze. Not only this, but I realized looking feels oddly slower. I'm wondering what they might have changed in the game to make it act like this after they implemented the new changes.

Can confirm it. I went into training match and used timer on my mobile phone. Game froze every 18,5-20s. Each freeze (stuttering) lasted around 2-3 s.
Restarting PC also didn't help to resolve it...

I am also getting the consistent stutter. 2080ti 9900k. Game ran fine pre-patch. They only last for a split second but its enough for everyone to have changed positions.

That is not an option for many to protect our PCs. Netease is questionable enough without having to just open every door to my system by turning off anti-virus.

Same, tested different graphical settings, the problem persists independently.

32 gigs ram

It's because they screwed up something with the patch. Where antivirus programs are flagging the powershell.sys as bad. The stuttering started when that started. Half the time. The antivirus program is deleting game files. And Marvel Rivals has to reinstall them. This is happening when the launcher starts. Even if you don't get a notification. Or have antivirus. I'm betting you. It's still the cause of the 20 second interval stuttering. Even the main menu stutters. The least loaded part of the game. My bet. This has something to do with them blocking mods.

I exit everything out and turn all settings to lowest, and the stuttering every 19ish seconds still happening too. I completely disabled all antiviruses and it didn't fix mine. Also, no other game has this for me,

I can also confirm this is happening, I am on linux and thought that may have been an issue but it seems to be more widespread

Nothing to do with blocking mods, plus people are getting this with no antivirus software so not that either.

Playing on Fedora OS with Proton, ran perfect before patch:

AMD Ryzen 5 5500
64GB RAM

Also timed it, Every 20 seconds it freezes.
