Just like on release day nobody probably understood to stand inside Luna's ultimate or when IW released people didn't think to stick to her shield for constant healing.
After a while people will get accustomed to new skills and synergies & will begin to plan accordingly.
In ranked games comms will take care of that, or an unwritten rule will slowly take place. In quickplay.. well, it's always a hot mess anyway
Storm has over 54% win rate in celestial+ and from what I heard somewhere you can extend the ult duration by using Storm first and Johnny later before Storm expires. Haven't tested Torch myself yet, still busy clobbering stuff.
Whatever the case, the combo is so new nobody can say yet if it's good or bad.
Black Widow and Hawkeye have one in that Widow can shoot the afterimages that Hawkeye creates with his ult. But Widow is trash and Hawkeye isn't a great deal better, so...no one noticed.
