Insane Stuttering

Just downloaded the new update and it is absolutely unplayable now, I'ts just stuttery mess.
Idk how this happened but it needs to be fixed immediately, because as it is right now you can't even play. I had to leave a game because I was stuttering so damn bad.
I guess adding a million new skins was more important to NetEase than having a functioning video game.

Same when any of the 2 new characters is on screen. I mean, I get the same framerate as usual, but bad stuttering at kinda regular intervals that completely ♥♥♥♥ up my gameplay and excuse my French there.
I know my pc is not a beast, but it gets sustained 95fps unless someone triggers Strange's portal, which is a FPS killer and it's a very well known issue. But whenever The Thing or The Human Torch (especially in the case of the first, when he uses his shift ability and deforms the floor), bad stuttering happens that should not.
I cleared my GPU's shader cache and I don't get those issues when playing as anyone else or if Ben is not on screen. They need to stop releasing stuff without testing it properly on a variety of systems.

I'm on PC with the game on an SSD and it's stuttering so bad I had to force close the game. I couldn't even exit spawn and get to the objective to defend it before the enemy team entered play. Rather take the penalty than have my team suffer because I couldn't even do anything.

Game ran fine last night, zero issues. This morning it's a broken mess with stuttering in the character selection screen.

Same here. Since the new patch, it stutters like crazy. Same FPS as usual, but every 10-15 sec, i get a huge spike. So annoying and impossible to play the game competitively ..

So are they just not fixing this? How long am I expected to wait for my game to work properly again? I just got the Battle Pass 2 days ago and I want a refund because I can't even play and don't know if I even will be able to play.

Instead of spending money on the battlepass spend money on a better pc.
