Disable PSexcute in windows and see if it is still trying to use powershell

I've had it disabled the entire time playing marvel and got a very intrusive firewall with prompting and have not seen it prompt,
So I wonder if they are trying to use powershell like this,

Someone with the issue turn off PSexecute and see how you go

bump. Using Avast, and it causes a stutter every 20-30 sec in game. When I disable antivirus, the stutter goes away, so this thing is definitely causing problems.
