Urgent: Marvel Rivals Security Exploit – A Massive Risk for Players, Especially on College & Public Wi-Fi
Hey NetEase,

I need to bring attention to a massive security vulnerability in Marvel Rivals that puts every player at risk—especially those playing on college campuses and public Wi-Fi networks. If what’s been reported is true, your game’s store update system and anti-cheat allow remote code execution without verifying server authentication. This means that anyone who understands this exploit can potentially run malicious code on our machines.

This isn't just about cheating—it’s about complete system takeover. This vulnerability could allow attackers to:

> Install malware, keyloggers, or ransomware
> Steal personal and financial data
> Brick entire systems remotely

For college students and public Wi-Fi users, this is an even bigger nightmare. Universities have thousands of people on shared networks, and if someone decides to exploit this flaw, they could target any player on the same network, turning Marvel Rivals into a security backdoor. This game has gained traction in gaming clubs and dorms, and now players unknowingly risk compromising their entire systems just by playing.

I’ve paid for Season 0 and 1, and I genuinely love this game. But I refuse to keep playing if my system’s security is at risk. I know multiple people who feel the same. I’ll finish this season, but after that, I’m uninstalling until NetEase provides a detailed, transparent fix—not vague PR talk, but proof that this vulnerability is patched.

If this isn’t addressed immediately, you’re not just losing players—you’re putting thousands of people in real danger.

Do the right thing. Fix this now.

Easy fix:
Stop playing with public wifi and pay for your private internet.
Problem = solved.
Besides using public wifi puts you generally on high risk and MR wouldnt be your biggest problem then but hey.

You got actual proof of this exploit? Or is this a 'trust me bro!' moment?
