Marvel Rivals not working, nothing seems to fix it

My friends Marvel Rivals will not work. When he opens it, the launcher opens with the option to launch the game. When he clicks launch, the launcher closes, the anti-cheat loads, and then... nothing actually launches and the launcher reopens. We have tried everything we can find to do. We have verified the integrity of the game files, uninstalled and reinstalled the game multiple times, uninstalled and reinstalled steam, opened Marvel Rivals using the Epic Games launcher, going into the Marvel Rivals_Launcher.exe and allowing it to run as administrator, run in compatibility mode, and we disabled Fullscreen optimization, updated his graphics drivers, turned off his windows defender firewall (we turned it back on), tried using the launch options -dx11 and -dx12, He only has one storage drive so we can't move it to another, and we have checked for apps on his computer that might interfere with the launch. There's probably more that we have tried that I am just forgetting because we have tried so much. The game has worked for him before, he managed to get 37.9 hours in the game before it just randomly stopped working (there wasn't even an update or anything). We also tried sending an email to Marvel Rivals support, only for them to respond with a question, we answer it, and then they don't respond. I sent a ticket to NetEase support only to get no response as well. If anyone has any ideas that I have not mentioned, PLEASE feel free to tell me. I am losing my mind to this problem.
