Kinda has to be vulnerable out of ground-- when you have a free half second cast time ability that has infinite use and heals you constantly while giving you insane mobility and making your hitbox virtually non existent. He can also pop out the second he has cover and self-bubble to heal.
The reason he is considered not the best is because his healing output for the team isn't as strong as some other healers since he doesn't have an ult that basically toggles god mode on your team.
He's far from bad though, and he sure as hell won't be getting survivability buffs.
Except Adam, he got a buff too so he's EVEN BETTER.
