People are way to passive with their ults.

JUST USE YOU'RE DAMN ULT. Stop saving it for a perfect team wipe/save. Just use it so you can have it up 2 minutes later and use it again. a 2 kill/save ult every 2 minutes is better than a team kill/save once in a game.

To be fair, there is a science to using it at the right time. Certain ults, like ones from support, can be used to counter other ults. I'm sometimes too gun ho on using mine at certain times and then don't have it when a certain ult goes off.
To the other end however, yes there are plenty of players that either are just starting and don't have a good grasp of the game yet or are oddly passive in general of playing it. Less so ults and more so the point you need to hold I've literally watch my team just kinda sit on the sidelines of the point trying to pick people off rather than get in there.
It's the nature of a game that has so many players. You're going to come across those that have a better understand and those that don't. Come across those that play one character really well and those that are trying out someone new. It's the nature of the beast.
Anyone starts shouting at a teammate on my team calling them garbage because their ego is too fat though and I will stop healing and report them in the middle of the match just to rub the salt in further.
