kinda annoying
I would have liked an opt of cross-play even more.
those stats don't matter and why would you care about it in quick play? Go play ranked.
It's a common place band-aid fix balance once an self individual decides they're more important then everyone else playing the match gets and leaves early.
Unfortunately, it practically never fixes the issue and people quickly grow to not tolerate it after being pushed into matches that have already started over and over. That's why it's a band-aid fix at best. People want fresh games because when they enter they don't have to go "oh ♥♥♥♥, I need to catch myself up so I can actually figure out how I can help" right off the bat, in most often a losing situation. It can often be frustrating too because in order to actually turn things around you need to figure it out very quickly and adjust to the situation other wise it's nothing then a lost cause. It's difficult to turn around a game after momentum kicks in for one side and they just cut right through everything the other team has to offer till it becomes pointless to try and fight back.
If there are less than 30 seconds left on the match timer and the team that is down a player is attacking, don't backfill the game.
If the payload is more than 3/4s of the way to the final checkpoint and the team is defending, don't backfill the game.
If it is a domination match and the team missing a player is down a round and the opponent has over 50% cap on the next round, don't backfill the game.
This eliminates basically all situations where you can be backfilled into an immediate loss.
