50/50 win rate mechanic is total CRAP

I understand that they want to make the game balanced BUT, it's pathetic to force me to join lobbies with people who are predisposed to lose.

"predisposed to lose" What do I mean by that?

Well, imagine that you won X games in a row. The game will automatically put you in a lobby with some players on your team who lost the past X times. Whether it's because they didn't play well, didn't use a character that plays well, gave up, trolled or other factors. These players already come with a mentality of "losing" the game.

I can't understand what goes through the heads of certain players to test characters in ranked or simply not play with their mains.

Oprindeligt skrevet af random player:
Ah, I play Luna and in this match I decided to test it out and be DPS, I'm just going to play Hawkeye and I don't care about my team."

This mechanic of forcing a person to "lose" as many matches as they win is unfair and broken.

I want to lose because I played badly and not because I was forced to join a lobby where players are already losing for many reasons.

I want to win because I played well and because my team was not chosen to lose but rather randomly. Which is fair.

This mechanic exists and has already been explained by the game's devs.

"Ah but Jimmy, that would make the game harder for those who don't play very well"

I DON'T GIVE A F*** ABOUT THAT.

I want players to want to learn and improve, to make friends, have a duo or closed team and climb the rankings without interference from the devs.

My English isn't the best but I hope you understand and take that out of the game.

Chat, is this bait or is this person for real?
Boyakasha! 6. mar. kl. 16:57
I fully believe that they're less interested in fair matches and more interested in emotional responses that keep you coming back. Big wins, win streaks are the bait. Steamroll losses and losing streaks keep you from getting bored and continually chasing the high of a huge win. They fill your games with crappy bots to purposely make you lose big.

I agree with you in part. HOWEVER

It ends up being quite unfair and even frustrating.

Sometimes it drives the player away or it gets tiring knowing that when you enter a match and see the team's behavior, you already know that the match is over.

Instalock dps, no one wants to get support (I play tank and dps). People get angry because their character is banned (they only play with one or more characters.)

Source: Trust me bro.

I've looked at my own stats when I lose games, and sometimes the players on my team are on loss streaks and sometimes they aren't. There's not really any pattern. However, if you think this pattern exists, you'll see one game that fits the pattern and be like "aha!" and the other 20 games that don't fit the pattern don't really register because you make up some excuse or other as to why they don't count.

Incidentally, it is probably the case that players who lose a lot will tend to keep losing, both because they're likely to tilt and the reason they're losing so much is probably at least partially their own fault. However, you're just as likely to play against those people as to play with them.
if you git gud enough you can win those games

You do realize that you probably don't play the game well either.

You said everything I wanted to say. The funniest thing is: In all these games that I am asked to lose for having a time that none of my teammates have the mental capacity to understand how the game works (even though I am in a high elo) and I am the only one who understands things, most of them stan lock in dps and never change heroes when necessary.

You don't even believe what you said. The same thing that happens to the op happens to me. When I win 10 games, I have to lose the equivalent or about 4 games. And always with some negative IQ getting in the way of my game.

4 games is the equivalent of 10 games?

If you're going 10-4 with decent regularity I don't see what you're complaining about.

And yeah, if you get some player that sucks in your game, you will probably lose. It stands to reason that a team of 6 good players will be a team of 5 good players and 1 bad player. Sometimes people play bad and they're going to end up on someone's team, the best you can do is make sure it's not you.

50/50 is the most common ratio, as intended. It happens in every fps. YOu tough you were get a win streak to celestial without losing?

It's real but at the same time this person is more than likely at the rank they deserve.
Likely feeding even on victory.
You do get essentially "punished" for winning too often but the ranking system still takes into account your score and performance.
I bet you they can't even play a hero pool greater than 5 as well.
