Memory leak
I have 16GB of RAM and I only have discord and the game open and when I load into a game, my game crashes saying I have run out of memory... I heard there's a memory leak to do with the launcher and nodejs but I honestly have no clue. Before this week I was playing this game with no problems, no crashes, nothing. And now, I cant even play it anymore because I cant get into a match without it crashing... I put money into this game for the season 1 battlepass and now I just kinda feel cheated :/

same issue for me, and i cant a single place where NetEase cares about this. very frustrating, they need to fix the memory leak this game has

The RAM is 100% the issue to the memory leak. I am being so sarcastic its insane. " I heard there's a memory leak to do with the launcher and nodejs but I honestly have no clue" - Did you know you could have looked up the answer to this faster than writing this comment? Did you know your RAM and a game memory leak are not the same? Prob not. You have an issue with looking stuff up.

whenever i open my game, the main menu is buttery smooth but in game, i get a full frame drop to about 5fps every second and its even worse at key moments of fights. when i check my task manager, my memory from Rivals is at 8000mb, or about 95% of my availalbe memory and its constantly climbing.

i promise i have no problems with looking up solutions, ive been struggling with this issue since the 1.5 update and every solution presented does NOT fix the issue even slightly. graphics to low, running as admin, running in compatabiltiy mode, etc.

Not the issue. Dunno your specs - did you cap the fps 120? Are you on fullscreen? Have you cleared the games cache? Drivers updated? Used optimization within the game? Explain.

There can be many things. What is your net speed, what are the rest of your PC specs. Do you update drivers, do you optimize within the game? Is this running on fullscreen/windowed? SDD, HDD, NvMe? CPU?? G Card? How do you expect to fix this without giving correct information?

my specs aren't the issue, there are people with higher quality pcs than mine having this game issue, its presumably Neteases optimization and theres no way to fix it client side

alright let me be overly clear because you dont seem to understand. My drivers are updated, ive optimized within game, my netspeed is 1gb up and down, ive capped at 120, ive cleared local config settings, ive cleared the games cache, i play fullscreen, its on my SDD, MY COMPUTER IS NOT THE ISSUE. It is Neteases side.

i answered what my netspeed was 3 posts ago, if you took the time to read instead of instantly diving down people's throats, you wouldve seen it.
