thoughts on Black Widow?

I think with the buffs shes getting shes decent in the right hands, still feels a bit lackluster though. What actual changes would you make to her to make her stand out a bit more instead of just being a less fun to play hawkeye?

And contrary to popular belief, she does not need a damage buff, at least not to her primary fire. Making her being able to one-shot without buffs is not a solution... plus, that would be a lazy 'fix'...

I'd say the absolute, bare minimum, fine-tweaking thing they could do for her is up her fire rate while not zoomed in. I would even take a bit of a nerf to damage, if it meant being able to fire and not have to wait nearly two seconds between each shot. If nothing else, damage aside, the fire rate is just too low, and gives healers too much time to recover -- especially if you go for body shots, or have the audacity to miss one time.

In the 'a little more work' category, I would say just do away with her batons secondary and give her dual pistols instead. The pistols are even right there on her character model, she just never uses them. You could even leave the primary weapon completely untouched if it meant giving her a short-mid range option or flexibility.

Also in the 'a little more work' category, is to just give her another skill. Her kit just feels very plain and conservative compared to other heroes. A skill that offers some utility, or does something to contribute to team play, a small heal, or something that gives her main fire a dot of some kind. Anything to make her kit feel more complete.

Basically, less Widowmaker, and more Ashe.

And then there is just completely reworking her, which I just don't see them doing.

My dream rework? Make her a mid-range fighter with dual pistols and other gadgets, and then make her ultimate the sniper rifle -- even make it be able to one-shot if you want, since it's supposed to be her ult.

You are correct that the best buff for widow is a fire rate buff (and i'll also add that the rifle auto chambers during the kick combo so you can actually capitalize on the stun), but let's be frank, the player base for these kinds of games (OW, MR, etc.) will incessantly scream bloody murder if widow gets buffed since they think that sniper characters are balanced if people like Shroud or LunaSniper are having a hard time with them.

It's not my place to say if you're below average or whatever, but i guess if you actually want to know if you are a good widow player then you should be at least celestial rank with her with an above 50% win rate, that would put you above the average widow player.

btw 75% average accuracy is kinda insane on black widow, most top 500 widows actually hover around 50% accuracy if you check their profiles on rivals tracker.

but i put more emphasis on the headshot %, simply hitting bodyshots all the time w/ black widow doesn't cut it, you should just play hela or punisher since you will get way more value hitting bodyshots with them than widow.

Its fine i was only asking of course im no top 500 but i trained a lot on aim 1 month aimlabs daily 30 min and thats why i ask cause i can still improve

Relax it doesnt happen in every Game but i hit over 50% or more often also i think this accuracy numbers are not correct

My biggest issue is to find the ads snipe sense sweet spot still im on 1.15 and General sense is 2.00 and 2.55 1600 dpi

Shes okay. considering shes like hawkeye but less damage and a hitscan which make hitting way more easier and way more to induce paranoid for the backlines. imo her playstyle is simmilar to cap, being annoying to the backlines with shots capable of 2 shotting if not given constant attention. So yeah a good BW should be inflicting fear to supps and making them distracted always, with being the slightest opportunity being fatal for the supp.

I've seen two type of BW players, the one that would have 3 assist kills and the second is 50 plus final hits. Nothing in between. The hero is probably the most difficult to play. To be effective you have to have insane aim and reflexes, high situational awareness, strategy and understanding of the map, and team play.
Hela is easier and more effective sniper, with good mobility and "spam attack" (relatively to BW)
