What if someone downloads and their Performance Core Ratio is higher/lower then your 55. Do they just put it at 53? lol
1) Clear game cache prior to entering game
2) Lock fps limit to 120 and use Fullscreen
3) use the OPTIMIZE IN GAME option.
This will resolve the issue. Yes, the game over-utilizes CPU.
Will this fix the Pak File issue or no? If no, do you know a solution that works? every solution I've found online is either outdated since the new update or never worked to begin with
This is the error, I'm at my wits' end:

Tech it should. But, I assume you have - but did you verify files and/or reinstall? Also, I take it all drivers have been updated, correct?
You can also go into the game files, find /pakchunkCommon-Windows.pak, remove it - open the game and have it re-add the file correctly. A full reinstall would also fix this as stated before.
Yes I have. I've verified files and done the complete reinstall method (deleting all local files as well) multiple times. The reinstall seemed to help, until 1.5 came out and the crashes began again, now it doesn't do anything. And yes, my drivers are up to date, as is the game and my Windows.
I'll test your solution after work today, because I'm genuinely at the point where I want to uninstall the game.
Let me know - if this does not work I have a few other options to fix this.
Yes, the Marvel Launcher - bottom left
