Major issues with sound affecting entire computer

When I launch the game, all computer audio becomes completely distorted, crackling, and cuts out, and this issue persists even after the game is closed, continuing to affect my PC's sound system (all audio is affected). The only way to resolve the distorted sound is by restarting the computer. I have triple-checked all my drivers, ensuring they are up to date, and no other game has experienced this issue. Any assistance would be greatly appreciated, and thank you in advance!

After pressing start button nothing happens only my whole rig is slowed down to nearly unusable, even after closing the task this problem remains, I have to reboot to solve this and it takes ten minutes to do so...

Having to reboot/restart the computer is the worst part of this issue (besides being unable to play)
