Plays fine on PC, just not your PC.
You can buy a proper GPU. Even a 1660 Ti can run this game fine at low settings, and those cost around $200 brand new, considerably cheaper used (you can probably find one for $50 if you look hard). However, if you have an Iris GPU you're probably a laptop user. All I can say is don't game on laptops.
