The problem with Tokyo 2099

Hello, I have a problem with the Tokyo 2099 map, all other maps in the game load and work well, but the game freezes stably on the 2099 map and crashes even at the loading stage. Has anyone ever encountered the same problem? and is there any way to solve it?

I also have terrible fps drops on this map. I don't know what it's connected with. The other maps work fine.

It's my least favorite map in the entire game, sure it looks beautiful but it's so poorly optimized, the long loading times and the FPS drops, awful.

It helps nobody if you complain about freezes and don't post your specs. Make you look like you're just here to dump on the game for its popularity, yes?
