It's basically the same speed of Wrecking Ball in Overwatch, you should try Quake 3 Arena or Quake Live or Champions, Titanfall 2, Tribes2, Deadlock or Doom Eternal,

Once you hit higher than Gold in Comp you can ban players before the match, I think its Diamond.
