any fix for the rendering issue

just for context my pc isnt any bad, i can run many graphics-demanding games whit high quality whitout issue. but im having a problem where after 1 or 2 matches the charactermodels dont load in and start to look blurry.

is there anything besides upgrading my hardware that i can do to prevent this. (btw i play whit the lowest settings so maybe its that?)
