Running out of memory with 32GB of RAM
In conquest/competitive modes the game keeps crashing with an error saying:
"Running out of memory, please ensure 10GB of available memory for game. You could try clearing background applications to free up more memory or consider increasing RAM."

I checked task manager when it crashed and it said only 23.1 of 31.9 GB was used. Is this a problem with my PC or with the game?

Same problem. 32gb and the game takes up to 16gb of RAM. I have a 3080 which I believe has 12gb vram. I've lowered settings and use dlss and it still crashes and proceeds to penalize me for it... Couldn't play comp for 15 minutes with my friends last night. Hell once was just sitting at menus post match.
Do you have any Adobe background tasks running, especially Adobe Collab Sync?
Have you disabled page file for some reason? Even if your RAM isn't being used 100%, page file still needs exist, as many programs cache data there, to faster access. (web browsers do that, and so forth)
It may have a memory leak but I don't think that's the main issue. All of my crashes say something about GPU crash. Maybe a vram issue? I have no idea how much it's using since there's no way of telling it in the settings, I've tried turning it down but it didn't help at all

5800X3D with a 7800XT and 32GB of RAM and this dumb game spikes the memory usage to 99% and the game actually freezes for like a full second. Wouldn't it be wild that for once in the last 5 years a game was released in a fully functional state?
As the other user said a few spots above, check to make sure you don't have page file disabled and that you have sufficient hard drive space remaining.
Me pasa lo mismo ayudaaa

I had to put in 64 and it still eats up to 11-12 gigs at times. I like the game, but the framework and game engine is bad at times. I got a 4090 with a 13900k. I guess they made this for the 5090 and the fake frames. We'll see how trash the latency is with it when people start using it.

I also have issues with frame drops from 100 FPS to 2 FPS. RAM of 16GB was completly used. I upgraded to 32GB, cause it was quite cheap and now it runs fine with a total sysem usage of ~22GB RAM, which is insane for a game like this. Also the Rendering Resolution does not save in DOOM-Matches it always scales down to 50% or so. I then have to scale it down to 30%, go back to the game, go back to settings and scale it back to 100%, then it looks fine again.

Or, you've cooked off your heatsink compound, or your CPU fan is dead, and you're overheating constantly.

The game should not be able to reach "insanely high CPU temps" no matter what it does. That's a sign of something wrong with your computer.

I've been having this issue recently as well, I feel like they have a memory leak somewhere they need to find and fix
Game maxes out my 16 gb ram and gram lags for seconds at a time like the game doesn’t have enough memory. I have a i9 12900k and a 3070
