Iron Mans Bomb is slow and predictable, Wanda needs like a solid 3 seconds to charge up her complete ult, and announces herself on screen with a big red exclamation mark. Logan needs to be in melee to hit the first part of his ult and jump into melee to use the second part of his ult, leaving him vulnerable to focus. Venom is a huge black predictable blob when he ults until he uses it. Psylockes ult is weaker the more people are in the AoE, because it splits up the limited amount of attacks she has, including Loki just slapping clones in there. Thor moves extremely slowly while he is flying around, Magneto announces his Ult and his Ult is really weak if you do not shoot him while he does it. Helas Ult is significantly limited by the environment. Magiks Ult is a Transformation that you either need to use early and waste precious seconds before you can engage with it, or you use it while inside the enemy team and risk getting instantly bombed. Captain Americas Ult is just a weird engagement tool. Doctor Strange needs to be smack dab in the enemy team to utilize his ult properly. Hawkeye needs to still hit Shots on Afterimages when he Ults, Black Widows Ult is weirdly bad because it's on this Games Version of Widwomaker.
Buckys Ult is only Valuable if you can manage to get enemies to the execution cutoff. Star Lord is thwarted by Cover, Punisher is Thwarted by Cover.
The only somewhat comparable Ults are MKs and Storms I guess. SO where is the Risk or the Tradeoff in Jeffs ult. He just Noms people, makes his Hitbox smaller, and then auto-kills whoever he hit with an ult that activates significantly faster than comparable DUelist Ults.
