Jeff Ult Nerf Board
Alright folks, we all know the jeff ult needs a nerf. These quad kills from just jumping off map clearly aint intended. So like intelligent folk, lets discuss possible changes for the ult

I think the moment when he consumes enemies just should be shorter. Sometimes ppl are able to consume whole team, go on the other side of the map a die with them. Making this time shorter will force more needing of doing it in proper moment

I think if Jeff jumps into the kill zone all the other players should be given a second of immunity from the kill zone and a chance to recover

Awful take. If simple heroes are always OP, then there would be little incentive for players to try the more complex heroes. What is the point of mastering a complex hero, when all of your impact on the game can be replicated by anyone playing a simple OP hero? It will also start to be boring to both play as or against them.
It is good to keep simple heroes viable, but not outperforming the harder and/or unique heroes by sheer stats.

I just want the ult to work like the animation which is grounded opponent;sometimes it even grab hovering dr.strange;a jumping to air hulk,etc

There is a lot more issues than Jeff.

Ironfist is a great example...he can literally shut down Ironman while ironman is flying away trying to dodge him and Ironfist is literally stuck to him like glue.

The point I'm making is, just about every HERO is OP in someway, as a result targeting JUST Jeff is dumb.

Just make him slower for each enemy He is holding like 10%-15%, then He won't make it to map edge. Easy, nerf.

Then his ultimate would be completely useless.

You're suggesting AT MOST if Jeff swallows 6 people (which is a good thing to be rewarded for that level of Ult Use) you're saying Jeff should only move at 40% to 10% movement penalty. (60% reduction - 90% reduction)

You're literally punishing the player for using the ult in that case.

noob argument. you are comparing basic counterpicks to a hero that can wipe everyone, indiscriminately.

They should limit number of targets, imho. Make it something like maximum of 2 targets, and remove ally targeting from it.

Also, make it possible to damage Jeff during ult, maybe like 50% damage taken. slowdown movement after grappling targets also could be good fix.

He shouldnt be allowed to simply delete entire opponent team with just diving in without having any danger.

You do realize Ults are designed to change the flow of the game right? That is why they are powerful.

Just look at Pharah, she can literally get a team kill in Overwatch 2. Not talking about Dva Bomb.

Are you really that short sighted to not understand that?

Again the solution the guy gave is PUNISHING the player that would manage to swallow 6 by making the player effectively immobile and you think THAT is balanced?

If you want an actual nerf, increase the time period between choosing the location to use the ult on and when Jeff swallows by a half second and you'd have MORE time to move out of the way.

I disagree on removing ally being a target of Jeff Ult.

I can use the ult to save my own team from a nasty ult. Swallow them up look behind me and spit them out quickly.

Never been in a situation for that yet but it's still a good use of an ult.
his health regen/movespeed also needs a nerf ngl, almost impossible to focus him down
