Thoughts on ironfist
Personally i don't think he needs to have a built in dash on his regular attacks, this dude is more mobile than black panther, way more consistent for damage output, and his autos are like "pseudo" skill shots but almost always connect. I've seen a few thoughts on the same issues just wondering if anyone has found a good work around to deal with him, it seems like almost anyone i play ( not tanks ) (hell even sometimes tanks) gets obliterated by him

You HAVE to CC him. Period. IF he didn't have the homing option on his normals, he'd never hit you. He has one "dash" and once it's over, it's on cool down for 11 seconds or so. It'd be too easy to kite him and he'd be the worst character in the game. He's designed to kill squishy players who are playing off by themselves. All you need is a little teamwork and he gets shut down a lot of the time.

I think they just need to shorten the range on the homing punches. Right now it is way too lenient that a toddler could pilot it.

Caddy is right, Iron Fist is pebbles when you stun him in front of your team so they can finish the rest. Iron Fist seems good right now, very strong, very mobile but very weak and squishy to stuns and disables.
