superman would be INSANELY hard to balance in a game like this anyways lol, how do you balance a guy who can fly, punch harder than anyone else, move faster than (almost) anyone else, has heat vision, frost breath.... he'd be too big of a problem. they'd have to nerf him so hard that he wouldn't even feel like superman

btw I'm a huge DC fan and this game is tons of fun. give it a chance. if you like big bruiser power characters, maybe try playing thor?

I am pretty sure they mean power level wise in comics. Hulk gets nerfs to have him lose. If they didn't he can not be beaten straight up by anyone.

brother magneto, scarlet witch and a few others could kill the roster with a handwave but they balanced them for the game lol
