Symmetra portal that cant be destroyed, a Reinhart shield and one of the if not the longest CC ultimates in the game? Nah perfectly balanced.
On a serious note he is definitely going to be in the competitive meta.

No way lol. His basic attack sucks, his portal is useless, his aoe attack does nothing, his shield is the only decent thing about him.

Nah, he does very little to no damage. Dr. Strange is one of the worst characters along with Spider-Man
