How To Fix Failed To Connect To The Server Error??

i did play the game couple of times with no problems then every time i try to lunch the game i get ''Failed To Connect To The Server Error'' Knowing that my connection is good and I have no connection problems in any game I play other than this game!

They need to fix that tbh;seriously banned for 10 minute cause i quickmatch and join a game that ended before i joined resulting in me stuck at 99% loading and if i alt+f4 it penalized me
