400k+ Healing. 1.3k/min. Dozens of assists and revives. Bronze 3.

I don't understand. Someone leaves and we lose? Lose points.
Team insists 1 heal, 1 tank, 4 duelist is a viable comp as noobs with no comms? Lose points.
Spiderman wandering around doing nothing at all? Lose points.

I spent the whole day playing support. I went from zero to almost Captain on Rocket in a day. I hit Bronze 2 a few times, and I honestly don't know what else to do. I'm looking at tutorials, but they don't tell me how to get my team to not 1v6. I've gone to nearly no damage at all, because I'm chasing this Hela who thinks they're invincible.

I don't understand. I've got almost half a million heals on you bronzes, and I'm literally nowhere. I've made zero progress, this battle pass hasn't moved an inch, and I keep getting notifications for collectibles I do not care about (that are in the shop for some reason?)...

I don't understand. I can't shoot at people because then everyone's dead on my team. I can't run away as Rocket because that dash is trash and wall scampering means I can't do my job...that seems to be chasing clowns around trying to keep them alive and then getting told I'm a trash support.

I don't think I'm the problem here.

I feel you. I'm in the same boat, only I have to play Vanguard (I tried support, but I'm worse at it), got to Bronze II, then had 7 defeats in a row with me having the most damage dealt AND blocked on my team.

Honestly I think the only way to progress is a premade.

Well, that's going to get old instantly. I don't have, nor do I want, a premade. I want to play the game, and not have to chase around 5 other people to all do the same thing at the same time. This game isn't good enough to justify all that work for my leisure time.

I keep getting double the kill count of every other character on my team, and I'm playing Peni. I'm sitting in 1 spot most of the match (in convoy that spot moves as the point moves, but you know what I mean) and I'm often doubling the killcount of the people that are flying around and supposed to be doing the killing.

And honestly, I'd be able to carry if they at least took out the healers and snipers, but they can't even do that for me.

Oddly I get better teams in Quickplay than I do Competitive, but my enemy teams are usually all over the place and not cohesive there.

Probably an issue with your tanks. If they can't peel enemies off their supports and draw focus away they arn't doing their job right. Game has a severe lack of tank enjoyers.

Also anytime you see 4 Duelists you can pretty much guarantee you're going to lose.

It's definitely the weakest possible combo, since that relies on 1 healer to heal 5 people and 1 tank to survive while facing 4-6 opponents. (I'm always tank or healer in these scenarios)

Thankfully I only really see this in Quickplay and in Comp I almost never see more than 3 Duelists (I have some qualms with 3 Duelists but if you have 2 healers and a good sustain Tank it can work)

The game is gonna require role queue, gonna require players to learn the game, i understand the feeling, i havnt hit ranked yet and im already stressed with people constantly picking damage and cant even land one shot, im literaly playing support atm and end of the game i look at the stats and find hilarious that only few shots i had more damage done and kills then the all damage, we gonna need to teach this people otherwise game gonna fall like paladins.

Because people refuse to accept the fact that nobody plays comp. Im sorry, its true. People will shout from the rooftops "THATS NOT TRUE" but it is. Now, since this game has 100x the player count than overwatch, its a bit different right now, but even when OW was king, the que times for comp were insane, and if you were a top player, ques could easily be up to an hour or more. The vast majority of people dont care about comp, especially in a game like this. They will get their feet wet, try it out one or two times and most likely hate it and back out, which is why you see so many leavers.

Comp in this game will probably have a decent amount of players just because it clearly has a much, MUCH higher player count than OW, but even still, comp player count is usually less than 10% of the total player count, probably even less than that for OW.

Yeah, people don't know their role, don't play comp, and can't do objectives. Solo queue is near impossible.

Bronze is a huge choke point. Everyone starts there from the pro gamers to brainless zombies. It's pretty much all luck, you can make a bit of progress then get thrown in with a bunch of losers against strong teams that should be higher rank and lose all the progress you made. Everyone on that pro team you just lost to is gonna suffer the same fate and stay in bronze just like you unless they're actually teamed up. As soon as I hit silver everything was much better in terms making progress.
