This works for me. Youre the man dude! It was pissing me off so bad. I do remember it started stuttering when i added a new capture. So i did trial and error and just made a new scene with only MR and added stuff 1 by 1. Everytime i go back to the old scene it stutters, then i switch to the new scene to test, and stutters gone.
alot of games have this fullscreen problem, like you can still go over to second monitor even in fullscreen bc its not real fullscreen for whatever reason.
try screen (monitor) capture rather than auto or whatever
