Mouse Sensitivity Feel Weird in this Game

I am not the only one who feels this, me and 4 of my other friends all feel like the mouse sensitivity/mouse movement feels super slippery if that makes sense. It makes playing aim important characters just feel so bad for me, flicking and tracking feels just so off. I have tried to find ways to fix it but have found no solution. Am I just tripping?

I also turned it off in Windows

turn on ultra low latency mode in nvidia control panel
turn off fullscreen optimizations
set resolution in game to one below your monitors to force exclusive fullscreen

this helped me a bit

Ok, gonna try this one, thanks! But it feels like there is a deeper problem in the code of the game that makes sensitivity weird and it's not acceleration

YA the mouse is laggy but this stuff helps reduce the lag a bit. High FPS helps as well

I lowered my sense, and turned off all the controller assists, sounds crazy, but it sharpened things up for me. Anything that can be toggled off is.

Now imagine that with that AIM, the enemy Hella is racking up 60 frags. Pretty cool, huh? Thank God all matches with professionals who know the game better than us. They just stand still and press the button.
