There's a weird red square on the right hand side of my screen when I'm in game, how do I get rid of it?

I've had it turn up and disappear never seemed to make my game experience change.

ive been getting it the last 3 days , my pc specs are i5 12th gen and rtx4060ti, my internet speeds are 250mbps dl - 29mbps ul but still getting that red symbol top right
