TEXTURES WILL NOT STOP BREAKING

Every game, as soon as i load in, the textures will just completely tear, and become a CHORE to look at, i have my model quality and texture quality both on high. Ive updated my driver, no fix, increased my graphics, no fix, and my pc meets the requirements. The last thing i want to do is play a game as venom and have him become a garbled white mess. Theres no fix that i can see and im not the only one with this problem.

My textures going low extremely low-res as soon as Strange ults. And they not coming back to normal unless i restart the game. Changing settings doesn't affect anything.

im getting the same issue, game runs perfectly fine, then textures flop, never comes back, mid game this happens to me.
