even with full rage and his shout AND his second chance ability you will still barely scrape by against half the cast, he's too reliant on that unreliable dive
Wolverine at least has some tank shreading max HP damage but yeah he needs some buffs too.
god forbid they just press S while looking at you, because if that slash is on cooldown you will not reach them before they dumpster you
... your reply isn't really refuting them its kind of affirming them.
If you see a group of 6 of the other team... don't run into them. wait. Wait until they are engaged with someone else and go in with them.
Other people aren't getting "lucky the other team is spread out" they're just not running into a group of 5 eating every bullet on the way there and then acting all shocked when they fall over.
Wolverine isn't the strongest character but he's harder to kill than iron fist. Stop running running in when the team is looking at you, jump in with the tanks or other dps. Look for 2 people having a 1v1 and turn it into a 2v1. Or when a full fight breaks out you go after prime targets like the supports or a high value dps like hela or hawkeye while they're focused on the team fight.
But yeah you responding that way just kind of makes it seem like you're running in blindly hoping that the enemies will be spread out?... which like yeah, you're gonna fall over doing that because its not really a good plan. Play in a bit more of a thought out way and you'll get better results tbh.
im not 1v6ing or anything, but he literally cant do anything if the enemy team is near eachother, which is 90% of the game in 90% of matches.
there is 0 reason to play him over Iron Fist or anyone with actual range
They usually aren't ignoring him, its usually that the wolverine is attacking when enemies are distracted... you're thinking that its other people being bad that allows for the wolverine to do well instead of the person playing him putting in the work to attack at better times.
(also lol you have some extreme control on the slash, if they dodge you by pressing S its because you didn't move your aim to hit them... like actually aim lol you can do that during his moves)
Yes so don't go in 1v2... go in with your team. Again... you seem to be making all your plans thinking "ok its me vs the other team" and you aren't even considering your team as part of that plan... thats probably why you're falling over with a melee character.
EDIT: Lol you're even saying the answer. "the other team survives because they are always together! why do i fall over!?" and like... the answer is already in your head you just gotta connect the final pieces.
second edit: the main reason to play wolv over iron fist if you ask me is that iron fist folds to a couple of heroes. IF the other team has a cloak and dagger or a peni then the iron fist is gonna have a bad day. Cloak can melt iron fist before he can close the gap and escape him even if iron fist gets the jump on cloak and peni is just hard core anti dive so she stops pretty much all dive heroes tbh.
If they can tune that + give him the ability to scale walls, he'd be much better. But as of now I agree, Logan is really poor.
