LoadScreen Problem
Hello, dear Marvel Rivals developers

This post is a cry for help, I hope it will get a lot of views and pay attention to this problem, please do not insult the developers.

There is a rather rare, but very unpleasant bug, the loading of the match stops in 2 cases and does not allow you to get into the match.

At 0% load, the game freezes completely and you have to reboot.

At 99%, Galacta's voice is already heard, but still does not go to the character selection stage. After that, it returns to the main menu and makes an attempt to reconnect, but this will not work. After that, a penalty is given for an hour. I have already caught such penalties for 10 hours.

I really want to draw attention to this problem. I didn't have that on beta. I've been waiting madly and I love this game, I'm not asking for compensation for this, just please fix this problem. I don't want to spoil people's games and I want to enjoy this game.

Got the same, got kicked out several times and got as a thank you a timeout from about 15-60minutes, support doesn´t reply to ♥♥♥♥

+ but it's not crashes for me, it just disconnecting me into the main menu and I only can play after I re-connect.
"You have been disconnected due to poor network connection" - while it says this I have 68 ping on EU servers. Doesn't seem like a poor connection.
Waiting for a fix, it's on the dev's side.

Yeah, me too. This problem began to appear more often as soon as I took the 5th level (approximately at 18:00 gmt+3). Maybe this is speculation, but the observations are exactly like that. I tried to select a specific server rather than several, but the problem still remained

The thing with me - the game randomly doesn't connecting me into the match and throws me on main menu, but once I hit Re-connect - it's 100% loading me into the game.
It's like something preventing the initial connection to the server from the queue, but once the game started, it's going to load you instantly.
The issue might be with our PC\internet too. Because not everyone have this issue.
