Optimization or servers?

so game does not lag at all runs pretty good. Except for 0/99% loading screen freeze and asset loading ONLY during matches with other players. Which seems to be an issue for a lot of people, ssd or hdd doesn't matter really. it loads fast af in the shooting range etc.
Also weird system when one player hasn't even loaded in and others have already picked their character. I'd rather wait a bit more and pick all at the same time?
Really hope they'll fix this loading issue.
