Packet Loss & Disconnecting (Found a fix)

I keep getting unplayable levels of packet loss, sometimes I can't even choose a hero (clicking Confirm does nothing). My connection is fine and works perfectly in other games. Is there anything I can do on my end or do I have to wait the devs to fix this?

It's extra annoying that I can't even enter the match but I do hear it going on in the background, and I get penalized if I leave. Maybe add an exception to the penalty system if there is a connection issue?

EDIT: I found a fix: VPN. Immediately after turning on my VPN all my issues disappeared

The same problem applies to me. This problem is being talked about everywhere. Some players don't have this problem, but the majority don't even know to look. This value is 0 when starting the game, but the inlost increases as you die.
