99% bug, +26% package loss... wtf are devs doing?

Getting stuck at 99% when everyone else have loaded and you can hear the sounds is a HUGE HUGE issue.

Other issues are not loading the characters (sometimes teammates and enemies are invisible) for a long long long time after finally getting in to the game, and last but not least... +26% package lost in EU servers and no this is not my connection since no other game is doing this.

All I'm going to ask is what the ♥♥♥♥ are the devs doing with 26% package lost on servers... Seriously... Who ever is responsible for this ♥♥♥♥ needs to get to work and fix it or tell the ones in charge that they need more money to pay for the juicier CPU / RAM package.

Go to settings and enable "Show FPS" and it will show you your connection and FPS on the same display.

Ok so this isn't just me. I've almost missed entire matches due to being stuck at 99% on the loading screen for a map. Or spent most of a match complexly unable to to do anything due to not loading in completely.

Please fix this soon Devs i love this game but I cant play most of it due to being stuck behind the load screen.
