I just used Steam Input to make it work. Does Steam Input not work for you?
I tried that in Steam Input, but it still causes the UI sound. Not just the triggers, but even the joysticks were causing the sound too if I recall. Do you recall how other people were setting controller to keyboard inputs?
Bummer :( Like it would work if they just removed the UI sound and notification every time it switched. Or gave an option to disable that notification
Gyro will simulate mouse aim, so of course it's going to switch to keyboard/mouse. What exactly were you expecting.
To follow up with this, I have found Gyro to Joystick DOES work - but with one strange issue. The Gyro Sensitivity adjustment doesn't make any difference, at all. Tried 0x - 30x, no impact. The other gyro settings all seem to work and make noticeable changes.
It's so close to working - the gyro sensitivity is just too low, and I need to be able to make quicker, snappier in-game movement with less physical movement.
Anyone else had that issue?
Until they add native gyro support I feel like it's a fools errand trying to get this to work. What I'm doing currently is just mapping the whole controller to the keyboard and then using gyro to mouse. It works perfectly but the glyphs are obviously the keyboard keys. You can find the layout already in the community layouts for marvel rivals.
