My account gets "Server connection Error", a friend's account does not.

I was able to play yesterday normally.
But now, all day I have not being able to connect at all, I ran the network diagnostics from the same game and it says I have good connection.
I found a tutorial for this issue on youtube and did every single troubleshooting recommended and still nothing.

However, A friend logged in with their own account on this same computer and he was able to log in and play!
So this issue is with my account?
Was I banned or something?

No the diagnose says my connection is good.

im having the same issue but no solution, ive not been able to login all day on my main account which ive spent money on. make a new account works fine. play on my friends pc on her account. its fine, login to my account on her pc, not fine. its account related and i cannot find any support from them.
