Server issues/Unable to play

So I've had issues connecting every time I've tried to play save for the first night and I figured that it was day one overload, etc.

However, I can't even get into the practice range without the game either crashing out back to the main menu, disconnecting immediately, or lagging like crazy. I know it isn't my connection cause I'm playing all my other online games just fine.

Has anyone else had these similar issues and if so have you found any fixes?
