I'm already not a fan of how many animations there are in the game, but after a match ends, why is there a solid 30 seconds of unskippable animations and cinematics just to throw up a splash screen telling you what you already know?

They really need to let you press esc and then exit out of the match after it's over like you can do in Overwatch. When I lose I don't want to see the MVP animation of the enemy player and see "gg :3" from the enemy team. I want out so I can play the next match.

But considering people can pay real money to get MVP animations, I wouldn't blame them for not wanting them to be skipped.

They are. I've pressed esc, space, left click and others and nothing skips them.

People pay real money for OW Play of the Game anims, and they don't lock you in the post match stuff.
