Cant run the game

Hi i keep getting this message when I try to launch the game and I don't know how to fix this. "DirectX 12 is not supported on your system. Try running without the -dx12 or -d3d12 command line argument." If anyone has advice or tips on what this means or how I can launch the game I'd really appreciate it! I own a laptop and I can kinda figure out where to find info on my laptop specs but I am not a very technical person. Thank you to anyone who can offer help/advise!

this problem has been around since the tests with no solution, probably won't be fixed

Go to Steam client > Help > System Information

Copy and paste here the following info:

Driver: 
Driver Version: 
Driver Date: 
DirectX Card: 

In Windows > Start Menu > Settings > System > About > Windows specifications

Hit "Copy", and paste it here as well:

figured out my laptop couldnt handle the video part of specs so i ended up buying a new gaming computer
