UE5 is genuinely in rough shape for most games. It's more Epic that needs to get their ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ engine together; it's essentially in a Beta state but they didn't market it as such and instead marketed it as a ready-to-go successor to UE4. it's got some great tech in it, for sure, and I can see why devs want to use it, but it's just not ready for mass adoption.
I challenge anyone to name 5 UE5 games that are not made by Epic that don't have performance issues.
