Stuck at 0% Loading

I keep getting stuck at 0% loading when starting matches. Happens way more when playing with friends, which makes this 10x as annoying. If I don't do anything, it stays like that forever. If I quit, it quickly fills my spot in the team and I get 5 min punishment. Anyone know how to fix/mitigate this?

my issue is I get stuck at 99%, seems the longer the game is running the longer this hang is until you're stuck there for minutes.

feels like a memory leak problem.

Same bug here. Apparently its a very common bug right now.

im having the same issue. I was able to play yesterday and while it would eventually load me in it was always after the match had already started and everybody picked

Same issue here. I keep getting 0% followed by another player getting into the match when I get booted out of the loading screen. It sucks, because I actually had fun in the 3 or 4 matches I got to play yesterday.

I used the Cloudflare Warp solution that other posts said, it worked great. I have CenturyLink. Think that DNS was the issue.

Update: I got a 5min penalty for repeatedly disconnecting from matches...

While I was in a match.

I've hit the elo where people who don't know what an objective is start popping up, anyway, so I'm just gonna put the game down for a few days and see if they patch it.

I kinda figured it out. Install Cloudflare WARP. Leave it running. You should have a cloud icon in your tray. Leave it disconnected and play normally. Whenever you get stuck in loading, alt+tab, turn it on, then the loading should start. When it finishes, turn it back off. You can keep it on, but in my experience, i would randomly jump to coinstant 800 ping unless I turn it off.

When I do that it starts loading till like 30% ish and then disconnects me giving connection error for enabling cloudflare. Is there no other solution?

0 percent loading into a comp game; it's not a connection error via client. still not fixed yet

It's still an issue for me, it doesn't always happen and for me it doesn't matter which mode I play, quickplay or competitive. It's getting tiring getting time penalties for disconnecting when it's nothing to do with me, and they're increasing the penalty each time. I've tried contacting support and have followed other peoples solutions but support was no help, and few online solutions work permanently. Someone online said installing the base rivals launcher and playing off that fixed the issue for them, it'd be annoying to play off steam but if that's what it takes to play the ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ game, so be it.

Enabling Cloudflare Warp worked for me as well. It only increased the ping a little bit, my ping went from 50 to 90. I think that’s reasonable for a VPN.
