I was wondering similar thing.
Does RivaTuner Statistic Server work with this game at all?
Is it safe to use considering there is an anti-cheat, and RivaTuner is a 3rd party software?

It only works without OSD support. File name is Marvel-Win64-Shipping.exe.
I crashed once but it feels like an issue with my a380 or the drivers after 2 updates.
Playing it was fun :D

I managed to get it to work. I was mostly concerned about anti-cheat. I played for few days with RivaTuner OSD, and it's still good.

The EXE is here.
MarvelRivalsjKtnW\MarvelGame\Marvel\Binaries\Win64

Set application detection to high. I use old slyle OSD. I play this game on EGS.
