Main Character Syndrome

Way to many people thinking they're the main character in this game, the most common team comps I see are 4 duelists, 1 frontliner, 1 healer.
Ya'll need to chill and actually do proper team comps with minimum 2 healers.

I too play Peni, she's currently my favorite character to use in the roster.
Place the spider spawner, mine the entire place up, watch anyone that comes into the zone go boom if they're not a tank.

If you got 1 healer and 1 tank, you're clearly not experiencing the "main hero syndrome" team. 6 DPS is where it's at.

P.S. "Ya'll need to chill and actually do proper team comps with minimum 2 healers" = if you already got 1 healer as you've mentioned = then it's entirely within your power to "fix" it and play a healer so that your team now has 2 of them. Oh.. guess what, you don't want to do it? I wonder why..

People don't want to play just to make sure other people are having fun. If you're a healer great, if other people aren't, oh well. There's health around the map and it regenerates quite often

I was just saying this the other day to some buddies of mine.

Seems like, as with every game really, people think they're the main character and every body just picks DPS. I have games where we have 4 or 5 duelists frequently, I try to tank or heal but it's just futile. I wouldn't mind it so much if people were actually good at DPS but these players immediately drop as soon as the enemy team sees them. Doesn't help they go in and 1v6 one by one, never once trying to group up. So they're just wasting their time as well as my own. Pretty annoying.

I think its more.... the games is new and people are just trying out the range of characters and if you haven't noticed, theres a lot more DPS then any other role... people are just trying to experience a range of characters. Some people want to play Mantis and others want to play Spider-Man, and I mean majority of the popular Marvel Characters are DPS. sure theres always 1 main character syndrome but like, the games been out 2 days mate

In comp sure you can complain about that. If you're upset people are trying to learn the game and search for heros they enjoy playing in quick play well idk what to tell you. Sounds like main character syndrome to want your team to bend to your will.

I think part of the allure of Marvel IP is playing your favorite heroes and the support choices are no ones favorite heroes.

Everyone is just going to pick Spider-man and then rush the frontline and die instantly and get no kills because they have no skill.

I dunno about that.

Rocket is definitely popular, Luna will be, if she isn't already popular, I think because of coomers , Jeff is a hit with a lot of people cuz cute baby shark puppy, Loki is almost, if not just as, popular as Thor. Mantis I'm not sure.. not as big as Star Lord, Rocket or Groot. Adam Warlock and Cloak&Dagger I think are the only ones people don't really care about.

tbf that's how you build skill, no one picks dps and immediately dominates unless the enemy team is even worse than they are.

Team comp isn't even the biggest issue, it's way too many people refusing to play as a team. The same issue happened during the playtest where most matches everyone just runs off in a different direction to get killed instead of cooperating. You don't need perfect communication to stick as a group and help your teammates.
