Login Error (Error Code: 220)
Hey everyone,
I recently installed Marvel Rivals, but I keep getting a "Login Error: Unknown Error Code: 220" whenever I try to log in. My system is powerful and up-to-date (AMD Ryzen 7 7800x3D, RTX 4090, DirectX 12), so I don’t think the issue is on my end.

After reviewing the discussions, it seems like I’m not the only one facing this problem. This appears to be a widespread issue, and I believe we need to raise our voices as a community to get the developers' attention.

Have you found any solutions, or has anyone heard about an update or fix? If you’ve experienced the same problem, please share your thoughts here so we can work together to find a solution.

This needs to be resolved ASAP. Thanks in advance to anyone who can help!

I’m experiencing the same issue. I haven’t found any solutions online or anywhere else.

The same problem, tried everything from DNS to VPN. And once a window appeared with a connection check and everything was fine there, but still gave error 220.

I’ve tried the same solutions, thinking it might be a server restriction, so I even tested it with a VPN. I disabled the firewall and tried everything else I could think of, but nothing worked. I’ll keep looking into it for now, but if I can’t solve it, I’ll probably uninstall the game. Honestly, it hasn’t left a good impression on me so far

Bro, I couldn’t access the game, but I fixed it like this: Went to my network connections, selected my current connection, and opened properties. In 'Internet Protocol Version 4 (TCP/IPv4),' I manually entered the DNS settings. Preferred DNS: 1.1.1.1, Alternate DNS: 1.0.0.1. Saved the settings, restarted the connection, and the issue was resolved.

Error code 220 can be reliably resolved with a simple Google search.

Open the Network and Sharing Center, go to the properties of your connected Ethernet, open the Internet Protocol Version 4 (TCP/IPv4) settings, set the Preferred DNS server to 1.1.1.1 and the Alternate DNS server to 1.0.0.1, then click OK. This will most likely fix your issue—I solved it this way
