Rivals > Overwatch for this one simple reason

OW chars were all ugly and uncool, no coolness factor at all in that game. its that simple. OW players only played due to no mechanical alternative. but they are now playing rivals 24/7 while also calling rivals trash.. strange.

I disagree. I couldn't even pick up the main\favorite character to play as, coz I didn't find any of them appealing.

Overwatch has better designs overall compared to Rivals. Not a big fan of the Arkane style art. Only some returded heroes like Venture are ugly and uncool.

No, it would't. You're talking about character designs in the game, so the porn needs to be for Rivals and not for Marvel in general, as the character designs in Rivals are distinct from other isntances in the multiverse.

Kirko, Genji, Pharah, Mcree , mercy , mei, Doomfist, Soldier , Tracer, Widow and hanzo are all great.

Venture... is an abomination . the ugly Ugandan horse robot is so stupid too.

With Marvel Rivals, I cant find a single character that looks bad. They all look really good imo. Maybe one might not like the style, thats ok. But objectively they are all designed really well.

the characters were so loved at launch and 2 years after launch. everything went downhill from there. I mean they made short movies of the characters because people loved em so much and thought they were awesome

Nah Ow original roster was peak. And ugly?? Mercy? Hanzo? Widow's butt? Idk what you mean ugly. They were designed to be thirst traps. Nothing in rivals falls in the same tier tbh

I still remember the short animations for Hanzo, Soldier 76, Tracer/Widow, Bastion and Sombra, as well as the cinematics.
This is something I can't say about many other games.

But whatever you think, the character design is not the most important thing in a competitive hero shooter, gameplay is still king and sadly Rivals hasn't improved that much from the Open Beta. In fact I would even argue that all the additional heroes added at once into Rivals made the balancing worse.

Maybe Rivals will establish itself as a new live-service title, but I fail to see it as an OW killer yet.

1. Black widow proportions are pretty similar, (though widow does have a weirdly curved back) 2. The ip carries this game hard and 3 they basically have the same butt

To disprove your point, I looked at venom, then I looked at rivals venom, then I looked at porn of venom from 2000. They all looked exactly the same. So you are wrong good sir.
