Some heroes can just get back onto the map.

i doubt they will change anything, super popular heroes will be weak at some point or 1 mistake is instant death cuz they are so popular already well known to world that always will exist group of people who will play them not matter what and will buy skins, less popular heroes or not known at all will be super strong or bugged on+ for them with mechanic so they can have extra character in the game to pick and some "dedicated" or aiming in to going "high skill" will play them anyway no matter they like them or no just for the progress or team and ocasionally will get the skins anyway, it is win win boths sides so i sugest just playing what you like and just ignore what is happening gl and have fun in the game
